Studies in Poetry students share and create poetry with community members

In Dr. Felicia Mitchell’s Studies in Poetry course, students learn more than just how to analyze poetry from an academic perspective. Students learn the nature of enjoying and understanding poetry by sharing poetry with others. Collection of Gems Donated to Emory & Henry

A gem collection once owned by the late H. Owens Phillips was recently donated to Emory & Henry College for use as an educational display.The donation was transferred to the college by a familiar face, retired E&H chemistry professor Dr. Joseph McCoy.
